Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lippy serves as Chief Operating Officer of American Trust Investment Services, where he directs firmwide strategy, operational execution, and cross-discipline integration across the investment banking, broker-dealer, and RIA platforms. With over 15 years of leadership in financial services, Mr. Lippy has driven strategic business transformation, governance and compliance strengthening, process optimization, and technology-enabled scale.
Prior to his current role, he advanced through senior leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President, and Director of Operations and Compliance, partnering with executive teams to enhance operational effectiveness and support sustainable growth. Mr. Lippy’s experience spans regulatory oversight, operational strategy, and high-impact execution across complex financial environments, positioning him as a trusted leader and advisor within the firm.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Florida Atlantic University.
Mr. Lippy holds Series 7 and 24 securities licenses.
